Session Five: Importance of Prioritizing Mental Health

Session five begins with a pop quiz centered around how well individuals are at prioritize their mental health. Then it goes into discussing what mental health is, explanation of emotional well-being, social well-being, and physical well-being, five pillars of health, independent activity where individuals will create their ideal mental health day, and a homework assignment where they write a letter to themself and why they deserve to prioritize their mental health.

Session five includes a slideshow and seven worksheets/handouts.
