The Eating Disorder Curriculum consists of six sessions, each taking approximately an hour to teach. Session topics include “What Are Eating Disorders”, “Effects of Eating Disorders”, “Navigating Negative Body Image”, “Health at Every Size”, “Importance of Prioritizing Mental Health”, and “How to Talk to Friends & Loved Ones Experiencing Eating Disorders.”

Each session includes a slideshow as well as worksheets and handouts.

The curriculum is currently only available as a six session package. Individual worksheets and handouts are available on Teachers Pay Teachers.
